I heard from the hotel concierge this place had a great burger. Service was good. My cocktail was good, but I was underwhelmed by the burger. She asked me how I wanted it cooked and I said medium…it came out well done. The bacon on the burger was also over cooked. The size of the patty was small. Five Guys has a better burger.

I was also disappointed in the fries. They were cooked the right amount of time and had that nice browned on the edges color but had no flavor. I do not use ketchup; I expect fries to taste good without sauce. They were probably cooked in cheap vegetable oil instead of peanut oil, which imparts little flavor. They also either had no seasoning or maybe just a small amount of salt. I added malted vinegar and a ton of salt and pepper; while it helped I was still unsatisfied.

Maybe their other items are better but I was not impressed with my food.
